Characteristics of Steel Dam Sluice:

2. The time for dam lifting and collapse is short, generally less than 2 minutes; But the rubber dam normally takes 2-3 hours to complete.
3. Long service life, generally up to 50-60 years; Rubber dams are prone to aging, especially in the northern winter when ice blocks can easily puncture them.
4. High degree of automation; Rubber dams are generally difficult to achieve.
5. Using mechanical locking, it can be locked at any angle during dam lifting, collapse, and water level adjustment; Rubber dams require continuous inflation to prevent dam collapse.
6. Energy saving: A 100 meter steel dam gate only requires 4 driving devices, with a power load of 60kw/h, and only needs to run for 2-3 minutes; And the 100 meter rubber dam requires electricity
The load is 100kw/h and it takes 2-3 hours to complete.
